To submit a warranty claim please contact us as quickly as possible describing the issues you have had with the shoes. You should also include photos of the problems and the shoes or equipment where needed. This helps us get back to you as quickly as possible on how best to help. 

If you can include your original order reference number and order receipt that is incredibly useful to attach when sending us through your claim.
