How long does shipping take?

Due to the unpredictable nature of global shipping services, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Although we strive to use the fastest shipping options, disruptions or delays may occur beyond our control.

Bont Rowing orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process once your order is placed. Tracking is provided for all orders, and this is sent to the email address used to place the order.

Bont Rowing ship using FedEx, TNT, DHL, DPD, Post NL, USPS and Australia Post however, other local carrier services may be used where appropriate. 

Be advised we are unable to ship to US Post Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Australian orders to a PO Box or Parcel Locker may take an additional 10 days to process on top of normal processing times. These orders can only be fulfilled using Australia Post.

Delivery times vary depending on exact location however, Bont Rowing online orders normally take anywhere from 2-14 business days to be delivered once you receive tracking.

Bont Rowing ships orders from the nearest location to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible. Bont Rowing ships orders from the following locations:

- Europe orders ship from The Netherlands. Be advised orders to Europe may need to be transferred from our factory to The Netherlands prior to shipping to the final destination. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery on top of normal shipping times. 

- UK orders ship from the UK, China and The Netherlands.

- Australia and New Zealand orders ship from Australia (Sydney) and China. Be advised some orders to regional Australia may need to be transferred to our Australia warehouse prior to shipping to the final destination. In this instance, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery on top of normal shipping times. 

- United States orders ship from our US warehouse (Kentfield, CA), China and Europe.

- Rest of the world may ship from any warehouse location.

- Apparel and innersole orders are fulfilled from the Australia (Sydney) warehouse.

- Sale items will be shipped from any available warehouse.

Import Duties

Bont Rowing makes every effort to ensure your order is shipped and delivered to your address as quickly as possible by covering the cost of regular duties, customs taxes and import taxes and/or charges. Sadly, Bont Rowing is unable to reimburse any additional charges that may occur during the delivery of your order.
