Can I return my shoes?

Bont Rowing offer 30-day returns on all eligible shoes or parts purchased from our online store at Bont Rowing. Any product being returned or exchanged must be in original condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware. Follow the instructions below for a fast and hassle-free return or exchange.

Returns
All eligible product(s) can be returned for refund or exchange – excluding shipping – within 30 days of being received. 

Once received, refunds and exchanges are generally processed within five working days.

All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Installation, wear of any kind or damage to any product will deem the return ineligible for refund. Return shipping costs and insurance must be covered by the customer. Unfortunately, Bont Rowing is unable to accept liability for any damaged, unclaimed, lost or delayed return products.

Innersoles cannot be returned if used beyond fitting into shoes. Any signs of wear, training etc., will deem them illegible for return.

At Bont Rowing, we have done everything possible to ensure your size selection is the right one. We understand however, that even with our Size Finder | Bont Rowing, it's not always possible to determine the best fit without trying them on. So, that's why we give you 30 days from receipt to refund your shoes so you can order a different size or color.

In order to return an item, please:

1.    Login to https://account.bontrowing.com

2.    Click into the order in question

3.    Click the 'Request return' button

4.    Complete all fields and submit your return request

When preparing to ship your return item, please first download the PDF invoice from your original order confirmation and enclose this with your return. Please note, a return number is not required. If the returns PDF is unavailable, email info@bontrowing.com with the following information
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Return shipping address including full name of recipient, email and contact phone number

For reference, our primary returns centre locations are located in Europe, USA and Australia.

  • Milpitas, USA (USA and Canada customers)

  • IJsselmuiden, Netherlands (EU customers)

  • Sydney, Australia (Australia, New Zealand and rest of world customers)

If you are unable to locate your order number or you experience any issues with the return's procedure, please email info@bontrowing.com and they will be able to assist. 

All products(s) purchased from a distributor should be returned to the same distributor for refund and or/exchange. Please be advised Bont Rowing cannot process returns purchased outside Bont Rowing

Closeout Returns

All Closeout sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This policy does not impact our warranty policy.

Special Order Returns

Please be advised any special size request, and full-custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. These shoes are made to order and cannot be returned into normal Bont Rowing stock. If you believe an error has been made with your order, please email info@bontrowing.com with your order number along with the information as listed below and a Bont Rowing team member will reply within 2-3 working days.

Warranty Claim

All Bont Rowing shoe purchases are covered by a warranty period of 12 months from date of receipt to the original owner. Purchases ordered from and delivered to Europe are provided with a 24 month warranty as per EU regulations to the original owner only.
