Bont Rowing orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process once your order is placed. Tracking is provided for all orders, and this is sent to the email address used to place the order. 

Bont Rowing ship using FedEx, TNT, DHL, DPD, Post NL, USPS and Australia Post however, other local carrier services may be used where appropriate. 

Bont Rowing ships orders from the nearest location to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible. There are some rare instances where we may be unable to ship to your chosen delivery address. If this is the case, please be advised you will need to arrange delivery to an available location. All shipping locations are determined at checkout.

Apparel and innersole orders are fulfilled from the Australia (Sydney) warehouse.

Import Duties

Bont Rowing makes every effort to ensure your order is shipped and delivered to your address as quickly as possible by covering the cost of regular duties, customs taxes and import taxes and/or charges. Sadly, Bont Rowing is unable to reimburse any additional charges that may occur during the delivery of your order.
