When will my shoes arrive?

Please be aware that all Bont Rowing orders placed during our Black Friday period may experience shipping delays.

Our team is working diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing may take up to 10 business days from the time the order is placed. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery times vary by location; however, Bont Rowing online orders typically arrive within 2-14 business days after tracking is issued.

To expedite delivery, we ship from the nearest available location:

- Europe: Orders ship from The Netherlands. For some European orders, products may first transfer from our factory to The Netherlands, which may add 1-2 weeks to standard delivery times.

- Australia and New Zealand: Orders ship from Australia (Sydney) and China. Some regional Australian orders may require transfer from our factory to Australia before final shipping, potentially adding 1-2 weeks to standard delivery times.

- United States: Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse (Kentfield, CA) or China.

- Rest of the World: Orders may ship from any of our available warehouse locations.
