Unfortunately we're unable to provide you with a refund on your previous order but if your shoes are eligible for return and refund as per our Returns Policy, jump back across to our online and purchase another pair. When the first order arrives, reach out to the team at [email protected] and they can provide instructions on how to return your previous order. 

Just keep in mind our team gets pretty busy with Black Friday orders so any shoes purchased during this time might take a little longer to arrive.
